Refunds of Deposits & Tickets

• All deposits paid to Flight Wiser to secure or hold a flight reservation are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking.

• The deposit amount per passenger is £50. If a passenger cancels a reservation after 24 hours of booking or fails to pay the remaining balance by the agreed due date, a £50 service charge per passenger will apply.

• Refunds for issued tickets are subject to the individual airline’s refund policy. Some tickets may be refundable, while others may not. Flight Wiser acts solely as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. Refund eligibility and processing depend entirely on the airline’s terms and conditions, which can be confirmed with your assigned travel agent before booking.

• In cases of schedule changes or flight time adjustments made by the airline, Flight Wiser can request a refund or alternative arrangement on your behalf. However, the final decision lies with the airline, and Flight Wiser cannot be held responsible for the outcome.

 

 

Changes After Ticket Issuance

• Each airline has its own policies and fee structures for changes. Charges for date changes, re-routing, no-shows, or changes to departure or arrival airports are determined solely by the airline. Passengers are encouraged to confirm potential charges with their Flight Wiser agent before making any amendments.

• Issued tickets are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.

• Before issuing tickets, Flight Wiser confirms all passenger details verbally and in writing to prevent any errors. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify all information, including:

• Correct name spelling (as per passport or travel document)

• Travel dates and destinations

• Transit times

• Baggage allowance

• Other relevant flight details

 

Flight Wiser cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete passenger information provided at the time of booking.

 

 

Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements

 

Flight Wiser acts as a ticketing agent only and is not responsible for passengers’ travel documentation. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure that they hold all valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required transit permissions.

 

If a passenger is denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation, Flight Wiser cannot be held liable. Passengers are strongly advised to check visa and entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate prior to travel.

 

 

Special Requests and Medical Assistance

 

If you have any special requests such as meal preferences, seat selection, wheelchair assistance, or extra legroom, please inform us at the time of booking.

• Such requests are subject to airline availability and may incur additional charges depending on the carrier’s policy.

• Airlines typically accommodate requests on a first-come, first-served basis, especially during peak travel periods.

 

 

Price Guarantee

 

Once your booking is confirmed, your fare is guaranteed at that price. However, in rare cases where an airline modifies its fare or changes government taxes or fees, Flight Wiser cannot be held responsible for any adjustments made by the airline.

 

Failure to comply with payment deadlines or booking conditions may result in a price change or cancellation.

 

 

Travel Insurance

 

Flight Wiser strongly recommends that all passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a licensed insurance provider before travelling. This should include coverage for flight cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other potential travel disruptions.

 

 

Airline Cancellations and Failures

 

If an airline ceases operations or cancels flights, Flight Wiser holds no responsibility for accommodation, compensation, or additional costs. All tickets sold by Flight Wiser are ATOL protected, ensuring financial security for passengers.

In such cases, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will handle claims and reimbursements in accordance with ATOL protection regulations.
